What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Central Reserve Glen Waverley is a well-utilized community space with good sports facilities and a playground. Visitors appreciate the variety of activities and updated amenities like toilets and change rooms. However, parking signage can be confusing, and the playground lacks shade.
"This is a recreational reserve (not a nature reserve) so I'm reviewing it with that in mind. It was larger than I expected, with several ovals, buildings and pavilions that service multiple community and sports groups. There is a playground, a skate park, a couple of areas of off street parking accessible from both Springvale and Waverley Roads, and there are public toilets. The map has them marked in the right spot. No off lead signs that I saw, but ovals were mostly fenced and I saw dogs having fun. It's a pretty good reserve."

"Fantastic location for the local communities to get together for fun, get active and even competitive! All ages welcome and lots of activities from time to time. There are free bowling learning classes, school holiday programs, league games and event activities using their hall and facilities! Contact the friendly staff or just get on their social media for updates! No better place than this club!"

"A pretty neat park in the neighbourhood. Facilities are suited for younger kids with a skate park across the other side for older kids. I like how it has 3 slides and 3 swings so don't have to queue too long for them. Lacking of shades, so remember to bring a hat in summer."
