"It could use a thorough clean at least once a week. Detergent and such as pressure cleaning etc. The place is a bit of a cess pool antisocial behaviour vibe feel in this. Seen some young people running through and unsure what is going on really. They weren't jogging although there were the dedicated joggers.
A few homeless maybe and some groups of people you feel maybe shouldn't be there. Having 3-5 police walking the mall area would be great at least you would feel there is a bit of order.
None sighted but did see a police paddy wagon at the south end. I daresay the authorities know there is a problem there. Unfortunately as tourists see the place, it's not a good look to just have a bandaid approach.
Why not use move on notices and banning orders etc?"
