"Council has a lot to answer to here. You have elderly citizens walking down uneven ground gravel with rocks and concrete poking up threw it. Leading to a after thought of a walking path full of water and mud. rate payers shouldn't have gravel paths this is terrible miss management or funds. You could at least roll it flat after it rains."
