What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Lucky Bay is overwhelmingly praised for its spectacular natural beauty, with visitors consistently highlighting the stunning white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The chance to see kangaroos on the beach is a major draw. While some find it busy during peak times, the overall experience is described as unforgettable and well worth the journey.
"Stunningly beautiful beach! Kangaroos were absent; the beach has been very busy, so I was told they are staying away for the moment. Crystal blue water, bigger surf, wind blowing, and almost empty beach. Everyone was staying out of water. Toilets, picnic area, everything for an enjoyable day at the beach. Beach is drivable, and beach walkers be alert!"
David Vincent
"The camp grounds are good size right next to the beach kids loved been able to go to the beach with out having to drive al the time showers and bathrooms where a nice thing to have and nice BBQ area for cooking in was nice to have instead of getting all the kitchen out and set up"
James King
"Lucky Bay is a beautiful bay situated in Cape Le Grand National Park. White sands, clear waters and 4wd access, the sand was very dense (quite hard) when I visited so even a novice 4x4 driver would have no issues driving on this beach, also saw a few 2wd camper vans on the beach also which says a lot about the sand. This one is only one of the many beautiful beaches in Esperance."
