"What a stunning place! We had such a wonderful time exploring the beautiful gardens. Everything was absolutely immaculate — the grounds are so well maintained, spotless, and full of life.
We loved walking through the gardens, admiring the incredible sculptures, and taking the time to read about each and every one of them. It was such a peaceful and inspiring experience.
We also enjoyed a fantastic wine tasting. The sommelier was excellent — knowledgeable, engaging, and full of passion for the wines. We learned so much, and obviously had to buy a bottle to take home.
It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Five out of five — brilliant in every way. Thank you for such a memorable visit!"

"What a stunning location in nice weather. As a Google reviewer my main interest is the cuisine. I had the pleasure of attending a formal 3 course lunch and I was impressed most especially by the degree in which the chef's source from the local region! Down to the salad leaves! 🥗 As I appreciate the snapper is local, I think the chefs could do it better justice than grilling as the corners dry too much. I know a batter or crumb wouldn't look as fancy but it may keep the moisture in a bit better. Whilst I found the diners a little bit la-dee-da and pretentious that's not in control of the owners. This just might be because I am from interstate and not used to Victorians haha. It might also be because the Australian cuisine is 🇫🇷French inspired.
