Thanks to Station Supervisor Jamie who helped us so so much - so kind and polite and gave us "different perspectives" of what we should do + she looked at all the train timetabling for us. (FYI we did not make it to Canberra 😢). Thanks for helping us 👍"

"I was catching the bus to bowral and I asked where the bus stop at the station is and the lady sent me to another street down the road. Then I see the bus stop at the station then leave. I go back and tell her the bus was just out the front and she said well which bus company are you using? I didn't know that!! All I knew was the bus stop was out the front of the station. Now I have to wait 30min for the train with 2 young kids."
