I went back into Cockatoo last night 5/7/22 to watch Puffing Billy “train of lights” cross the “cockatoo creek trestle bridge”. Coming out of the forest from Lakeside into the opening and toward Cockatoo township around 6.15pm so a little sunset thru the trees tho I was in a gd spot I wasn’t.. Maybe next year I will get more of the bridge in... post photos later! Enjoy the video it’s a happy ride...

"Such a quaint experience travelling on a vintage steam train. The scenery from Belgrave to Gembrook takes you to a different era with streams, meadows, trestle bridge and innumerable hand waves at every stop and crossing. The fact that you get to sit on the sill and truly relive your childhood fantasy of sitting on a train legs hanging over the sides and taking in the cold wind on your face. Just a brilliant trip down another era."
