"I’m so sorry but why is it not open on a Saturday . I’ve received no slips for my parcels I have three adults at home through the week and I cannot collect my goods .
You left one parcel at my home and either didn’t bother even trying to deliver the other two . The only way I actually realised they are at the Office is I’m missing 2 of 3 items .
Your collection window should be open 5.30 to 8am on a Saturday at Least .
I can’t even request you deliver them again.

I bought a stamp for international mail and the lady at the counter asked me if it was for a letter or a card (sending cards or postcards internationally are $3 and NOT just during the Christmas season. I know other places have argued with me. Feel free to look it up online though it’s not straightforward to find this on Australia Post’s website). Finally! Service at Australia Post that knows their stuff! Yay to not being overcharged! :)"
