"I drove an hour and a half from Bled to visit this place without knowing there was actually a cable car—I wasn’t even aware of it. I went by car, and the road was extremely rough, full of steep slopes and narrow mountain passes surrounded by forest. It was very scary and completely isolated. Honestly, it’s one of the toughest and most frightening roads I’ve ever taken. Although the place itself is beautiful, it’s not worth the long drive or the exhausting climb to such an altitude, especially with no cafés or facilities around. I believe it would have been a very different experience if the cable car had been operating."
