"Every Friday morning until around 12 noon! Excellent LARGE EGGS from the butcher. Large vegetable and fruit stand with good regional produce and a seasonally adapted flower and plant stand! Unfortunately, there's always a long line for vegetables!!!! Allow 15-20 minutes! Well-stocked cheese stand! Fish farmer - no wait! Stand with Italian food! The latter is upscale €€€

"We buy all our vegetables once a week at the farmers' market in Mödling, locally produced by a nursery in Vienna. The men who hand out the vegetables are real fun-lovers, and they always taste wonderfully fresh and keep for a long time, something you can't get anywhere else in the shops. The prices are certainly considerably cheaper than at the discount store. However, if you arrive a little late, you should expect to wait 20 minutes before it's your turn. The Isemarkt is open year-round, but January is usually a holiday month that can last until February. Unfortunately."
