"Perhaps I’d missed the no driving signs on the way to pass by as a Sound of Music fan (anyone else following the Big Boy SOM self-guided tour?), but I drove into the walking/biking path thanks to Google Maps’ instructions and earned some dirty looks from locals.
Therefore, FYI: You can’t drive here if coming from the back.
The gates were also closed but it looked nice from what we could see. I know it is a music school now but had I known it would be closed I wouldn’t have bothered."
