"It was mediocre. For 5 bhd per person you get sun-beds and an umbrella. The sand is clean however entrance to the sea has unpleasant rocks and shells(use aqua socks). The dressing is outside the beach basically on a construction site. It is ok, but can be tidier(conditioner is not working). No towels, take with you your own."

"Marrasi Beach is a nice semi-public beach with a wide, clean shoreline and decent facilities. There are plenty of sunbeds, and a good variety of food and drink options nearby. The beach is a bit rocky at the entrance to the water, but it gets smoother once you’re in, which is manageable.
However, there are a couple of issues that really take away from the experience. First, the new access route is inconvenient—you now have to go through the mall and exit from Gate 4 to get to the beach. Personally, I find it uncomfortable walking through a mall in swimwear, and it just doesn’t feel like a logical or practical setup.
Secondly, the changing rooms and bathroom facilities are in need of better cleaning and regular maintenance. For a place that’s otherwise quite nice, this part really brings down the overall experience.
Because of these issues, I’m giving it a lower rating. I hope management takes these points seriously and makes some improvements soon."
