"Wonderful guide Jasmine provided a map with the 3 main routes. I did self guided walks though I believe guided walks are also available. Great opportunity to forest bathe and connect with nature. You'll need proper walking boots or at least trainers as some paths are very muddy. I.mot fast walkers, the 2 long walks took about 90 mins. Take plenty of fluids with you on your walk! Wonderful views of East coast. Left my godfather to read his Sunday paper on the verandah whilst I went off walking, he very much enjoyed the peace and quiet! Fabulous, highly recommended!"
