It is not crazy busy - it'll most likely be folks from the adjoining hotels / Airbnbs or visiting catamarans. You can gain access by parking beside the bus stop near One Sandy Lane and walking down the path beside it to the ocean. Do note that there are no restaurants or other similar establishments on this beach."
