Ещё год тому поставил бы не выше "тройки", но ныне - в 3 корпусе ремонт был-с, отвалившиеся куски шпатлёвки на стенах замазали и закрасили.
Номер (тот, что за 56 рэ, одноместный) - вполне "съедобный".
Можно перекантоваться, и даже с комфортом.
Сервис - ещё подтягивать "за волосы": в основном "на отстаньте от меня, я такая уставшая".
Номер - вполне ничего (правда, выбирал назойливо из трёх - я привередливый гость-).
Основныя плюсы - дёшево, вполне комфортно, нет шума с дороги и двора.
