Do any of you guys run in Parc de Bruxelles near the Royal Palace?
I am just starting c25k, slowly, but I am guessing it will be dark both in the evenings and mornings soon, so, if you run there, is it reasonably well lit, safe, cameras, gates open until what time? Anyone know? If not, how about Cinquantenaire?

"Park in the City Centre of Brussels with a fountain and playgrounds and lots of grass area for people to enjoy, some benches here and there. But, frankly, I was expecting something much better and much more presentable within the heart of Brussels and so close to the Palace."

"What a lovely park on the outskirts of the historic area! We enjoyed a delicious lunch under the trees in the middle. The only thing that I was surprised by was how tired the grass and gardens looked. Not as well tended as I thought they would be. Otherwise, it's worth walking up from Grand Place to meander."
Shelly C
"Beautiful historic and cultural park in the centre of Brussels! Lots of impressive statues, a lovely fountain and even some workout equipment :) Although the park is on a small side, there are plenty of paths to walk and explore. It is also next to the Royal palace. A great place to catch a breath, relax and enjoy nature and art!"
