From the center, take a taxi and stop at Ex Garita. The start isn't extraordinary, but after 10 minutes it becomes very beautiful with Cerro Rico towering above you!
A short 2-hour walk (over 4,000m, but fairly easy) and return to the center, observing the two lagoons. A pleasant trail"
