"This area has it all. Markets, grocery stores, fast food, long distance bus services, foreign embassies and local government offices. It's cooler over here than in the CBD. People are very friendly and it's safe here for foreigners during the day. At night it can be a little edgier and some drunk kids might shout at you if you get close enough to make eye contact. But all around a great place to spend the afternoon."
