é a igreja mais antiga do município de Paraty. Edificada em 1720, é uma igreja muito simples, com um só altar dedicado a Nossa Senhora da Conceição, cuja imagem encontra-se no Museu de Arte Sacra de Paraty.
Paraty-Mirim foi no passado um porto de desembarque clandestino de escravos, que eram levados para as fazendas de café do Vale do Paraíba. Algumas ruínas ainda resistem ao redor da vila, porém sem conservação adequada, sendo tomadas pela vegetação.
