It is best to visit really early in the morning so you can watch the Sun rise or in the evening after 5:00pm so you can see the sunset and avoid the really hot temperatures. Make sure you take a lot of pictures and also make sure that you use sun protector
You can always take an Uber and then walk for about 5 minutes or you can rent a bike or you can just simply walk up the hill either way you will enjoy the amazing view"
