"Well maintained, safe, dog friendly. In terms of pram access the park is split into upper and lower levels, each with park entry/exit points; separated by steps that may require the pram to be carried. There's plenty to see on both sides. Nice duck pond and play areas on the lower end, governor's palace on the upper. In the middle section there is a nice breezy, sandy area dedicated to dogs."
