Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Wat Bo Pagoda for its beautiful and serene gardens, historical significance, and free entry. It's noted as a peaceful, working pagoda offering a glimpse into local Buddhist life, though some find the interior of the main temple spartan. The impressive Reclining Buddha is also a highlight.

"Really beautiful area. This is one of the oldest known Buddhist temples in Siem Reap. Inside the main temple, there are paintings which date back from the 19th century and are still in very good condition today. But we couldn’t see them.

There is a small school here, living quarters for the monks, beautiful gardens, and some nice places to sit and relax.

Wat Bo is a working pagoda. You will see people praying and monks working – be respectful.

Free entrance."
