What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise Île Notre-Dame for its scenic beauty, particularly the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, which offers a unique recreational experience. The gardens are noted for their tranquility, and the island provides a pleasant environment for walking and biking. However, some find the island lacks a central focus or a wide array of attractions beyond the F1 track and Casino.
"We were here predominantly for the F1 Race and associated events so we walked the rack and otherwise mostly walked to and from it from the nearest Metro station. Racing side, some lovely scenery and what looks to be a great park for the summer season when racing is not on. There were a ton of things that we were to able to see such as the Casino de Montreal, the Pavilion, and nearby museums. A very pleasant environment, made a fairly long slog to and from our seats more enjoyable."
