Reviews Summary

Fraser Foreshore Park is a beloved community spot praised for its scenic riverside trails, excellent amenities like playgrounds and fitness equipment, and dog-friendly atmosphere. While generally well-maintained, visitors should be aware of potential mosquito issues during warmer evenings and respect park rules regarding pets.

"Situated on the northern arm of Fraser River in south Burnaby, the park is popular with local residents. Even on unusually cold February day, with some sections of the trail muddy or slipery, we met quite a few people. Half of them with unleashed dogs, even though it was against the park's use rule. On the east side of the park, there is a small free parking lot, information posters, and a bathroom. The bathroom was clean."

"A lovely riverside park with lots of benches, tables, and green space. There’s a fitness circuit with chin up bars and assorted work out equipment. You’ll find gorgeous, classic trees, numerous covered picnic tables and an off leash area for dogs. A fun playground for toddlers and a climbing structure for older kids. Washrooms and plenty of parking, too. Great park!"

John Pozer

"We went on a Monday at 7pm. Everything was perfect: sunset, fitness trail, fitness facilities, picnic tables, small playground for kids, very clean and modern restrooms. The only suggestion is to wear long sleeves and long pants here. There are too many mosquitoes here."
