"Been coming here for over 30 years and it's a great place for a city boy to wind down and chill enjoying the fishing and outdoors within an hour drive from home. The fishing is hot and cold and the fish are generally a good size when you catch. Even if I don't catch, it's a great day out."

"Visited the park today on my way home from the Orangeville Drive Test Center. The gate warden was very helpful.
There are about 3 parking areas - 1 close to the main entrance and the picnic area, one further down the road to the right where you can barbecue, and one downhill from the main entrance close to the fishing areas.
The trails were dirt and have some difficulty to them, but otherwise manageable.
The park has an upper and lower pond that gets stocked with trout. I spoke with a warden and they mentioned that the ponds get stocked daily during trout open season. The upper pond is currently closed due to maintenance, but the lower pond gets double stocked according to the warden.
The washroom by the entrance was well-maintained. I think there is another washroom by the upper pond but I wasn't sure if it was a washroom. There were no labels that I saw.
Bring bug spray and keep yourself covered. Bugs will eat you alive."
