What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Canyon Ski Resort for its fun summer attractions, especially the thrilling Alpine Coaster, and its enjoyable winter skiing conditions suitable for all levels. The staff are often noted as being supportive and cheerful, enhancing the overall experience. Some minor drawbacks include potential long wait times for the coaster during peak periods and the need for specific camera equipment for ride recordings.
"We visited this place in the summer to try the coaster. Even though tickets have a set time, be prepared to wait in line (we waited about an hour), it’s really popular. But it was worth it! Super fun and exciting.
Our son loved the bungee trampoline and went down the tube slide with his dad. It’s best to buy tickets at the kiosk in advance. The trampoline is $12 for 10 minutes (and trust me, that’s more than enough 😅). The tube slide is $5 per person per ride, but they also offer package deals - the more rides you buy, the cheaper it gets.
There’s also a zipline (we didn’t try it, but it looked cool) plus an awesome net park and aerial park. Just keep in mind it’s for kids 8+ and adults.
Overall, it’s a great place to spend the day with family. Bring water and snacks, or if you don’t want to carry everything, there’s a small restaurant on-site where you can grab lunch, coffee, and ice cream."

"We came to do the Canyon Coaster and it was definitely a great experience. We went on a Thursday shortly after noon and there were some people there, but we didn't have to wait in line long.
The coaster ride was exciting. It has some steep drops and sharp turns so it feels like a roller coaster. I wanted to experience it with maximum speed (except for parts that told you to brake), so I didn't pay much attention to the scenery. If I come back next time, maybe I'll go a little slower and enjoy the moment. If you go max speed, the ride probably lasts around 2 minutes.
The workers will space out riders so that there isn't a "traffic jam". If you want to record your experience you'll need a go pro or something attached to your body (you can't use your phone). After the coaster ride ends, there's a conveyer that will pull you back up the hill to the beginning.
If it is a busy weekend you should buy tickets in advance, but we checked online before we went and it was not even close to being full, so we just waited to purchase tickets on site."
