"The #2 Chatham Kent heritage destination in my books and #1 Heritage house because it's filled with collectibles, excellent guides always willing to tour and it's generally free (by donation). I highly recommend a guided tour to see all the splendor of the house."
Brandon Bell
"The Milner House is a lovely little museum of Victorian/Chatham living but it's seen better days. When I went most of the interesting items had been moved to the Museum in the Cultural Centre down the road. There was still a lot to be talked about; however our guide, though she really did try her best, didn't have much information outside of the booklet they were given, which mostly contained info about the removed items and not much else.
It was very enjoyable to walk through the house and get a little look into the lives of the Milner's and life during that time, it was just a shame that it wasn't all that educational."
