Reviews Summary

"A magnificent piece of nature within the city
My wife and I weren't really interested in going to the playground, we came here for the park itself and it's canal. It seems like a regular small park, but it's very nice.
Lots of squirrels and ducks. Even though the park is in the city, there is very pleasant clean air here. Lots of benches for rest, which are very well located, with good angles, so that it would be nice to look at the water. You can also go kayaking here (one of the photos). Not that there's really a good path for that, but if you came to the park with kids, it would be an interesting activity for them. For a place within the city, it's great to relax in nature. Definitely a must-see at least once to decide if will be your favorite one(if you live nearby), or just to see a new place at least once."

"This park is a beautiful getaway from the city life. This was my second time visiting this park. I visited this park last time around 7-8 years ago. There is plenty of parking space available and has a small cafe for snacking. Nice trails and kayaking rentals option is available. My kids loved walking around and enjoyed being so close with birds and squirrels."

"I've been here too many times to count and it never stops amazing me how lucky we are to have such a little gem of a park nestled so close to the core of the city. Beautiful walking paths any time of the year, a fantastic paddle up the canal in the warmer months, and a great place to bring a dog to let them get some exercise. I haven't gone swimming here but judging by the amount of people that are here in the summer I assume it is a great little beach!"
