You should definitely visit this lookout tower in the fall the colors are absolutely beautiful! The view from the top is breathtaking, surrounded by vibrant autumn leaves and crisp mountain air.
It can get quite busy, especially on weekends, so it’s best to visit early in the morning or on a weekday if you prefer a quieter experience. Make sure to buy your parking ticket ahead of time to save time and avoid lines.
Overall, an amazing spot to enjoy the fall season and capture some stunning photos!"

"The Dorset Lookout Tower is an absolute gem in Muskoka! Standing tall, the tower offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding lakes, forests, and the charming village of Dorset. On a clear day, you can see for miles — especially beautiful in the fall when the landscape turns into a bed of red, orange, and gold.
The climb to the top is quite manageable, but a bit a lot to reach the top. The fresh breeze and 360° view make the effort completely worth it. There’s also a small visitor center and gift shop nearby with interesting local history displays.
Parking is convenient but must reserve before visiting it specially in the fall season. It’s a great spot for photography lovers, or anyone looking to soak in Muskoka’s natural beauty."

"Went on Sat Oct 11 for 9am. Already had a decent crowd, it was raining so the stairs were pretty wet but the views were still amazing! I would recommend wearing gloves as my hands were soaked and freezing from gripping the railing going up and down (realized after they also sell in gift shop for $1.99). Portapotties where the parking lots is, was pretty clean (at 9am) A great little stop for nice pics! Go early."
