What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Edmonton Cemetery is praised for its historical significance and well-maintained grounds, offering a peaceful escape. Visitors appreciate the insights gained from tours and the opportunity to connect with the city's past. Some suggest improvements to fencing and road maintenance for an even better experience.
"Lovely cemetery with lots of history that is well maintained by the city of Edmonton."
Michael Gray
"The cemetery is fine and has alot of history. The roads and grass could be maintained better. The perimeter fence definitely should be redone but not with a chain link fence; it should be a brick style or stone fence all around making it look sturdier and classier specially since the cemetery is the middle of the city."
FM
"Beautiful Cemetery with so much history. I took the Cemetery tour last year and learned so many people that have places named after them, are buried here. Boyle Mccauley, Griesbach and many more. This is i think the oldest cemetery in the city, and was expanded. I really recommended the grave yard tour. Its will maintained and has beautiful bits of architecture."
