"Classic downtown high rise office building. It’s been around for over 30 years and it still looks great. This building was the tallest in Edmonton for a long time but no longer, it has been eclipsed by others but that’s ok. There is a Holt Renfrew store, restaurant and other stores in the 2 storey podium. It’s well lit and clean. It designed nicely. It’s part of the downtown pedway system and is easily accessible through several entrances."
