Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Frost Centre Trails for their beautiful scenery, especially during fall foliage, and the friendly, helpful staff. The availability of equipment rentals like canoes and kayaks is a significant plus. However, some users note challenges with portage trails and potential access issues to certain lakes due to natural obstacles like beaver dams, which can impact vehicle accessibility.
"This is a great place to rent canoes or go forest bathing, especially when the leaves have changed color in the fall.
The lake was very calm and easy to navigate when we were there.
The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Been going to sherborne since I was 6 years old. It's a family tradition to go every year. HHWT and MNR cant come up with a solution to remove the beaver dam that's causing a SEVERE flood to access sherborne lake. My family is heartbroken that we won't be able to visit Sherborne lake anymore because the path is completely inaccessible via car.
Its sad that nostalgia and tradition is ruined due to negligence.
If you have a sedan or a rather low clearance vehicle, avoid sherborne lake at all costs. Tow trucks won't service you if you get stuck."
Tyler
"Very nice area but beware of the portage trails! Went on our first portaging trip here, and the portage trails are no joke! If planning a trip, make sure to start slow to avoid getting stuck on even some of the smaller portage trails and be sure to test the waters before going for any double or triple portages. Very beautiful view and fantastic campsites!"
