"Thought I have camped all my life I have never camped solo. A life changing situation happened, I wanted to be around nature, and pray. Grace Gospel Church in Niagara Falls had planned to go there for a weekend of fellowship, exactly what so needed. Deciding to stretch myself, I rented a spot with water and electricity, set up my camp and had fellowship at a campfire each night and church in the morning surrounded by nature and the beautiful of Valen’s Conservation Park. The staff were so helpful. The campers were “Happy Campers” The experience was great!!! Thank you, I will return."

"It is a great park for a family day out! There’s a main beach to relax at, a dedicated dog beach, and canoe/kayak rentals if you're feeling adventurous. There are plenty of volleyball nets around the park and great hiking trails for a bit of exploring. Some people were fishing as well.
The washrooms and change rooms by the beach are well-maintained. Overall, it's a great mix of fun and nature!
There is no shortage of parking either."

"We camp here fairly often and it's a favourite for group camping. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The comfort stations are maintained and kept clean.
However this Labour Day long weekend Saturday August 30th 2025 we booked the Powell Pavilion for the first time and got married...
Great location for family and friends to gather.
Thanks Valens, see you in 2026. Planning at least 1 trip next season."
