"Don't be tempted to skip by the smaller size of this museum - the storytelling is what makes it larger than life! Tour guide Claire was amazing and told the family lore of the McQuestens in such an interesting way. They could have their own TV show with all of the details and drama detailed in their family letters! Claire encouraged us to ask questions and answered them with enthusiasm. You will get lots out of this tour if you interact with the guide. We were lucky to be the only people there for the 3:00 tour on a weekday. The house itself is gorgeous and full of little historical and personal touches."
