Reviews Summary
Guests rave about the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge's unique cabin accommodations, stunning lakeside setting on Lac Beauvert, and exceptional service. Many highlight the spa and golf course as standout amenities. While generally positive, some note the absence of air conditioning in rooms, though this is often mitigated by the cool mountain temperatures.
"All I can say is WOW! The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is like an upscale summer camp, complete with cabins, lakes, tennis/golf, and horseback riding. We booked this hotel very last when a forecasted rain/storm cut our anniversary canoe trip short. The staff was so welcoming at every interaction (valet, check in, spa, restaurant, etc.) and made us feel so welcome. They upgraded our room to a lakefront cabin with amazing views of Pyramid Peak and Lac Beauvert. We were there in late September so some of the restaurants were closed but both our dinner and breakfast were fantastic and we really enjoyed the delicious mocktails. The valet even remembered us from the previous afternoon when we came to main lodge for breakfast and commented how we made the right choice to end our canoe trip early since it was pouring down rain. While this is the only Fairmont hotel I've stayed at, I have stayed at multiple other 4 and 5 star hotels and the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was by far one of the best. If you can afford it, don't even look at other hotels in the Jasper area."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, tastefully designed, and felt truly luxurious—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location couldn’t have been better, situated right by the lake, offering breathtaking views at all times of the day. The lake itself was stunning, and being able to just step outside and enjoy the scenery made the experience even more memorable.
Everything about the property felt well-maintained and welcoming. From the comfort of the room to the peaceful surroundings, it created a perfect getaway. I genuinely loved every moment here and will definitely be coming back again."

"I had the best spa experience at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. From the moment I arrived, the reception team - Tehana & Bailey were so welcoming that I immediately felt at home. Since I was an hour early, I took the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub, soaking in the warm water while admiring the breathtaking views. By the time my treatment began, I was already completely relaxed.
My therapist, Samantha, was both kind and highly skilled. With her gentle pressure and excellent technique, she eased much of the tension and pain in my back. Afterward, I continued my wellness journey with time in both the steam and dry saunas, then settled into the lounge with a cup of hot tea and a good book.
I left feeling more relaxed than I can remember—it was truly an amazing experience."
