What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Waterfront Park Kelowna for its stunning natural beauty, well-maintained grounds, and family-friendly amenities. The scenic lake views, cascading falls, and abundant green spaces make it a highly recommended spot for relaxation and recreation. Some minor drawbacks include paid parking and the presence of homeless individuals, though most reviewers felt safe and unthreatened.
"Small sand area, not too crowded. You can walk to the west Kelowna bridge via the harbour and park paths, about 40 minutes without rushing. Many restaurants and play options. The pathway is wide but be careful with bikes and skateboards as it is shared, kids need more attention walking both ways. Well maintained, there is a public water park and a large playground near the bridge, a roller skate area in the middle that converts to ice skating in winter, and a floating paid park in a section of the Okanagan lake. Beautiful natural landscape."

You can do lots of activities, like walking, biking, boating, etc. Swimming is not allowed in this area, I believe. You will be amazed after visiting this site. Parking is paid and sometimes hard to find a suitable spot."
