"Unfortunately, this location did not have attentive staff here during a recent concert I attended. There was no one at the door to greet concert goers or to direct them to the back of the building to check in. Nor were any staff members conscientious enough to take care of important details like closing the doors to stop the stairwell lights from streaming in up on the balcony level once the concert began. As the concert did not have an intermission it would have been proper for a staff member to ensure this was taken care as the lights inside the room were going down just before it began."
