"It is a wonderful drive up to the hotsprings. However, I was a little underwhelmed when I first arrived. The office area is tiny and the bathroom for people not yet in the hotspring is outside (but under a roof) which is brutal if it's windy and raining! The prices are reasonable and the scenery is amazing! There was no line up too get in on Sept 25th. One of the pools is shallower and cooler and the deeper and warmer. Cozy up to a jet for warmer temperatures."

It does get busy, but if you come on a weekday it’s much quieter. Totally worth the stop."

"Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t worth the price for us. For four people, it came to almost $90 including the extra charge for towels. We found it quite overcrowded, and the water temperature wasn’t as warm as expected. In hindsight, it might be more worthwhile to put that money toward a nice hotel with a pool in Jasper. The best part of the experience was the drive to the Miette Hot Springs. The views are gorgeous, especially in the fall. If you don’t end up going to the hot springs, highly recommend just driving through."
