What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Rainbow Bridge for its stunning, panoramic views of Niagara Falls and the unique experience of crossing an international border on foot. The affordability and ease of the pedestrian crossing are major highlights, making it a must-do for most visitors. Some minor drawbacks include the need for exact change and potential wait times at customs during peak hours.
"We crossed back into the US using the Rainbow Bridge. It was so easy and the views of the falls was amazing. Going through customs was simple and efficient. All you have to do is answer honestly, follow common-sense rules and show a valid passport. The merge afterwards was easy as well. We took my mother to Niagara Falls for her birthday and was thought it would be too complicated and that's why she never visited. Even she said it was easy and she thought it was cool and simple. I'd highly recommend going to the Ontario side. You get an excellent view of the bridge and the falls. On top of that, the people in Canada were so friendly that we would definitely want to come back. Next time we'll take the Rainbow Bridge in for the view of the falls and Ontario."

"For one dollar, you can walk from the Canadian side across the bridge to the border in the middle. Be sure to have change for the ticket machine. The view is great. Definitely worth it. The way back is through the Canadian border control. So be sure to take your passport with you, otherwise you'll have serious problems."
