Good hiking trails that are dog friendly?
I recently moved here and I have a 2 year old husky/shepherd mix who loves to adventure and get out there. I’m looking for recommendations that anyone here has, I’m looking for trails maybe less popular as she has some dog reactivity and we’re working very hard on trying to get…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Dobson Trail is highly praised for its natural beauty and well-maintained paths, making it a favorite for hikers and dog owners. Visitors appreciate the free access and the effort of trail volunteers. However, a significant concern raised by multiple reviewers is the issue of off-leash dogs and the presence of exposed roots that can be a tripping hazard.
"Great place to hike and be into nature."

"5 stars for the trail itself and the volunteers who keep it maintained.
0 stars to the dog owners who break the rules and let their dogs go off leash. I had a retriever try to charge and jump on me today. That's why I carry a wooden walking stick. I don't know if your dog is friendly and wants to say hi or angry and wants to attack. And we never know because any off leash dog charges me is going to get a whack from my stick.
If I was a 70 year old, there was a good chance that dog would have knocked me over and snapped a hip."

"This is my favourite trail around the greater Moncton area!
Everything about it is right. My dogs love to come here. The trail is always nicely groomed, people that walk in it are so nice.
You get to see a hit of everything in the nature.
If you’re looking for a nice walking spot that isn’t to hard this is it."
