What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Suter Brook Village is lauded for its modern, well-balanced community vibe, featuring a pleasant mix of shops, cafes, and residences with tree-lined walkways. However, the parking situation is a recurring point of frustration, with limited space, fees, and often out-of-service pay stations. Despite this, its convenient location near transit and parks makes it a generally recommended spot for a local experience.
"⭐️ Review (4 stars)
Suter Brook Village at 130 Brew St is full of good vibes — it’s one of those places that just feels nice to walk through. With a mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, and wellness spots, it offers a well-balanced community vibe in a modern, beautifully designed setting. Tree-lined walkways, cozy patios, and an overall friendly atmosphere make it a favorite for both locals and visitors.
That said, parking can be a bit of a downside. There’s limited space, the lot is paid, and most areas have a strict one-hour limit. Unfortunately, the pay stations are often out of service, which can be frustrating when you're in a rush or trying to follow the rules.
Still, the location is very convenient — steps from Inlet Center SkyTrain and close to Rocky Point Park. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, grocery shopping, or just enjoying a casual stroll, it’s a lively and inviting place. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you're okay with a little parking hassle in exchange for a great local experience."

"Love the variety of food at thrifty‘s foods and there’s a great little sushi spot there and a wonderful gym. It essentially has everything you will need. The only thing is the parking situation. If you park there for one hour in the morning and then go back in the afternoon to go for dinner or whatever you have to pay for parking as you’re only allowed on free hour per day. It would be nice if they allowed for one hour free parking a couple times throughout the day. Otherwise a great little shopping spot."

"Its a bit out of the way but a good layout of the offices etc. Hallways were clean and well lit. Lots of accessible features."
