Reviews Summary

While many enjoy the scenic views and the unique alpine coaster, significant overcrowding and long wait times are a common complaint, impacting the overall visitor experience.
"Had a good time with the rides and activities! The gondolas were great to go up and down i would recommend to get the unlimited pass that gives you all the rides and 2 tickets for the most popular attractions time wise you gotta be there from 10 am to 6 pm and after that the gondolas are closed but the rides are still open till 9 pm the parking is free and available at the location"

"Vary bad place for adults who likes thrilling activities. Selling tickets with 6 unlimited rides(please don't come if you are coming for unlimited rides) and any 2 other rides. 6 unlimited rides are for childrens, adults can't even feelings good to do that rides. It's feels like we are playing in our garden.
Long wait, we waited 3 hours to take one of those 2 rides, and found its just normal ride 😂. Imagine what we feel to give 35 cad for just 2 normal adult rides and single good view point.
1 star for only one place where I got good view from top.
Good for those who have childrens.
Also there is nothing else we can do nearby"

"The park was severely overcrowded and completely over capacity — they just keep selling tickets without any crowd control, clearly prioritizing profit over visitor experience. The so-called “All-Inclusive” ticket promised multiple rides, but every line took over 3 hours. We paid $200 for five people and barely experienced anything.
Only two ticket counters were open, each taking 5–10 minutes per customer. Although online tickets were slightly cheaper, the entry line was still extremely slow. Inside, only two rides (Dragon Wagon and Viking) were worth trying, and both were packed.
There was no limit on attendance, no proper management, and even the women’s restroom had only two stalls with a male staff member cleaning inside — very uncomfortable and unsafe.
This experience felt dishonest and poorly managed — more like paying to stand in line all day.
We truly hope the local government or tourism authorities will step in to regulate this kind of overcrowding and profit-driven operation."
