Visiting St. Andrew’s this summer, would like to do a bit of biking. Preferably areas that have designated cycling trails. Just leisure rides. Any recommendations? Minister’s Island looks nice:
Trip to NB mid September
We are planning a trip to NB mid September. From Montreal we will drive to Maine for a few days and then from Maine to St Andrews where we will spend a night for sure. Then I guess we will visit St. John's, Moncton, Hopewell rocks, Shediac, Caraquet and back up to Quebec city.…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Katy's Cove Beach is praised for its uniquely warm saltwater and convenient amenities like showers and washrooms. Visitors appreciate the calm waters for swimming and paddleboarding, though some note the presence of jellyfish and fire ants. Parking is generally good, but access roads can be gravel.
"Great beach with the sand separated from the water so you don't have to worry about low or high tide. Water is not too rough. I like the abundance of benches and chairs. They have washrooms and change rooms. AND THE BEST PART IS THE SHOWERS ARE WARM WATER. The only downside is its gravol parking with some gravol roads to get to it. Still its a lovely beach nonetheless"

"Great spot to chill and enjoy the water. Well kept area with parking or a 20min walk from Downtown. Showers and bathrooms on premises, I am sure you will enjoy it no matter what brings you to the area -sunbathing, swimming, stand-up paddling."
Michal B.
"Tips:
- The northwestern part of the beach had way fewer jellyfish (so better for wading, if you want to avoid stings).
- Beware the allure of the shady trees! The fire ants got us good.
- So, lie down in the middle or south part of the beach, but enter the water from the north.
Water was warm up to the knees only (as of late June)."
