The option to explore a less-traveled, unnamed canyon is a highlight for those seeking more adventure. However, be prepared for mosquitoes and potential bear advisories, with recommendations to hike in groups for safety.

"What a magnificently beautiful place! We hiked to the end following AllTrails but unfortunately had an obstructed view. We did see an eagle along the way and got some amazing photos of Lake Minnewanka!"

Frankie Painter

"Trail is in great shape, there are a few places where spikes were very helpful or maybe even necessary. We went past the end of the Alltrails end point and on the return we took a les beaten, but still in good shape, going east near the Alltrails end point. This turned out to be the best part of our hike. This canyon is more scenic than Stewart Canyon itself. Cannot find a name for this canyon and we asked a parks person and she also said it had no name. It is a little more challenging than the main trail but still very easy."

Ron Strauss

"Nice hike to the canyon, the trail is not as steep."
