What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the incredible panoramic views from Cerro El Ancla, calling the climb challenging but absolutely worth the effort. The anchor monument is a unique landmark, and the hike offers a great health boost. Some note the steepness of the descent and advise caution.
"It's difficult to climb but once reach at the top , the view is worth it."
HARI HARA PATRO
"Wonderful viewpoint. Straightforward climb up in dry conditions - could be problematic if wet. Take your time, this is one to savour."
Anoyn E Moose
"If you are going to go up, wear sports clothes, good sneakers, water to cool off and a walking stick to lean on. While it is true that the climb is steep, the descent is also steep, but once you get to the top you can see the city. It's a shame about the flag that is there, it's all ruined. I recommend going to the anchor during the day. I don't recommend going to the Sector much in the afternoon and always go accompanied."
