"Daniela thank you so much for showing us the library! It is a beautiful building, and Daniela told us all about the history, culture and functionality of the library and also lots of information about Antofagasta. She speaks great English and has huge knowledge about Chile's region. She made our trip so much better and we felt so velocome there. Many thanks also to the security guard Lady who was very helpful and found Daniela to show us around. We also could see the private stone collection of one of the librarians. Many thanks to all the amazing people we met there!!!"

"An excellent public building, fully accessible to the public, bright, well-lit, clean, and not too quiet, yet it quickly places the visitor in a library. Books, newspapers, and magazines are within easy reach, and countless corners are provided with comfortable reading chairs. All is well, however, I must say that the average Antofagasta resident might be hesitant to enter, hesitant to explore, so I suggest the hosts improve, all of whom are very concerned about their computers and not the general public."

"Its infrastructure and architecture speak volumes; it's a magical place that invites you to relax and disconnect from your routine. It has a wide variety of books of different genres and topics. It has internet access, restrooms, a cafeteria, and study and work rooms. It also offers spaces for exhibitions and seminars (I've attended several).
Without a doubt, one of the city's most important tourist and recreational spots, highly recommended. 👍"
