"La Piojera – A Great Surprise!
The service was fantastic – very friendly and welcoming. While the neighborhood may not seem the most inviting at first glance, the place has a unique charm both inside and outside. It’s a great experience to eat there and enjoy the local vibe.
The food was delicious, portions were big and well presented. I ordered the ribs – they were excellent, and my wife had a roulade – also very tasty. Both dishes looked great and were full of flavor.
The waiters were super friendly and even brought us two drinks – one non-alcoholic (Sprite with ice and juice), and one with alcohol. Both were refreshing and surprisingly tasty. It was my first time trying something like that, and I really enjoyed it.
Honestly, I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Excellent service, tasty food, and a great atmosphere. Big thumbs up – definitely worth visiting!"

"This is one of the coolest bars Ive ever been to. It’s like walking into a museum of a bygone era and I loved every minute of it. The patina and characters that both drink and eat here as well as those that work here are timeless, overly friendly and are as unique as the place itself. I reckon they specialize in drinks that are mixed with wine that they have on tap. We ordered terremoto which is a blend of cheaper wine, pineapple ice cream with a float of grenadine. If I lived in Santiago I would go here all the time. A very nice man sitting next to us sparked up a conversation and said he has beeming coming here for 62 years and the reason why he is so healthy is the wine they pour."

"The food was really good and the portion was generous! I enjoyed the live music. The only unsettling aspect was that homeless people would wander onto the patio or begin performances of their own, but the staff was always quick to take care of it."
