Reviews Summary
Visitors are consistently awed by the Sanxingdui Museum's unique artifacts and innovative presentation, calling it a 'mesmerizing journey' into a powerful Bronze Age civilization. The museum's blend of ancient artistry and cutting-edge technology brings history to life, though securing tickets in advance is essential due to high demand.
"Really worth to visit. We didn't get any guides, neither audio tour guide. Reading those info on the wall was at least good enough for us to understand and absorb. We finished in 3 hours includes shopping. Just a reminder, the signs and directories are on the wall which has very dull color, you need to pay attention to. Can start the tour either first floor then go to 2nd floor or another way around, doesn't really matter. It's not that big.
We bought ticket at counter, in order to be requested for our passport, like most of other places, while it doesn't require,no queue so so it's very quick. I guess ost of people must have booked on line."

• The temporary parking area is a bit rough (unpaved and dusty), though a permanent lot is due to open soon .
• Gift shop and on-site amenities could be more varied—some visitors noted limited souvenir options and modest café facilities .
⸻

"Must to see in China. Get tickets prior arrival. The discovery is till a mystery to solve. Lots fascinating objects appears to be foreign. The museum would be appreciated once some background information has established.
I don’t mind the visitor crowd. But it is almost impossible to get a tour guide in house. No on-site booking either. A bit chaotic. Better to book one in advance online.
Many cute souvenirs could be taken home from the gift shop."
