"Previously an industrial area, they are now trying to turn it into an arts and creative space. There are some stores with beautiful Chinese ceramics and handcrafted wooden furniture.
You will also find a few cafes within.
At the back keep walking through the back alleys for lots of cheap local eateries."

Jean Pierre JP

"The old factory area has been transformed into a demonstration park for cultural and creative industries, offices, sales, and communication. However, the most popular business is actually the several mid-to-low-end restaurants!"
