Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Children's Eternal Rainforest for its pristine beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and well-maintained trails. The opportunity to see diverse wildlife, especially on guided night tours, is a major highlight. The challenging drive is noted, but considered worth it for the unique experience and support of conservation.

"A beautiful park with trails of varying difficulty. We hiked out to the waterfall and thought it was worth it. Trails were very well marked with maps posted along the way. We saw a lot of leaf cutter ants and tiny frogs by the lake but not much other wildlife. We were there in the afternoon. Words of caution: bring socks to borrow the tall rubber boots available for free to prevent ant bites and the drive is not for the faint of heart. It was steep uphill and downhill, low and 4x4 came in handy. Really glad we made the drive from Chachagua."

Kimberly Bennett

"We did a night tour and had the most fun! We walked a good amount and got to see tarantulas, birds, insects, snakes, frogs and even more. Definitely worth the money & of course the money goes to an amazing cause."

Lillie Lawrence

"It’s a lovely walk. We didn’t see a lot of wildlife except at the entrance where we met a beautiful motmot who had decided the handicap sign was his perch. He was there on the way in and out. Enjoyed the trails and very happy to support the cause."
